Hi, I'm Chloe.
My goal is to deliver a new kind of real estate experience by combining seven years of providing outstanding customer service with my extensive knowledge of the Southwest Florida market. No matter if you’re a seasoned real estate professional or it’s your first time exploring the market, I want you to feel confident during your journey.
I’m passionate about helping people invest in real estate, whether it is their first residential home purchase or an expansion of their existing portfolio. I personally work with both residential and commercial real estate clients through the full spectrum of the process from research and acquisition to closing, whether purchasing, leasing, selling, or developing. I have experience in both residential and commercial sales and leasing.
My experience in acquisition and development as well as my education in finance allow me to provide the following advising services to my clients:
- Financial advising, proforma projections, and profitability analysis (Including Return-on-Investment and Capitalization Rates)
- Coordination of due diligence items such as environmental studies, surveying, re-zoning and administrative amendments, entitlements & site planning
- Land acquisition for development and construction, and re-development or revitalization of assets
- Investing and asset management
I'm a proud graduate of University of Florida (Go Gators!) and hold an Bachelors degree in Finance and Business Administration as well as a Master's in Business Administration. I have held a FL real estate license since 2014 and have been with Select Real Estate for nearly seven years. I am currently pursuing both a FL Broker's license and a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Additionally, I serve as Director of Operations, guiding management of our office's team and resources. For over four decades, Select Real Estate has been one of the leading real estate agencies in Southwest Florida. During all these years, we’ve learned how to navigate through the complex processes associated with buying and selling real estate. My goal is to guide you in this complicated time, keeping you worry-free and well-informed every step of the way. We are a team-based organization, where sharing responsibilities and ideas are the norm. I’m fortunate to work in such a collaborative environment where our main focus is using our assets (our people, knowledge, and experience) to successfully manage yours.
